We're hosting a flu shot clinic on Wednesday, September 25th from 1:00 to 5:00 PM in the Building 1 Gym! Protect yourself and your family this flu season.
Important Info:📲 Scan the QR code on the attached flyer to schedule your appointment, complete check-in, and sign the consent form online. No paperwork needed if you do!
📝 If you don't use the online process, make sure to fill out the attached form and have it signed by a parent/guardian.
💳 Bring a copy or picture of your insurance card. No insurance? No problem—it's only $10 per vaccine!
