Families of PreK children in Legacy Preparatory Academy are eligible to participate in Waterford Upstart, an at-home learning program. It includes an adaptive learning path in reading, math, and science, along with family support and coaching in English or Spanish--all at no cost to families.

As Halloween approaches, we are excited to announce that our school will be hosting a short Halloween Costume Parade. The Halloween Costume Parade will take place on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 8:15 a.m.

Get ready for a night of spook-tacular fun! We'll have delicious food, a spine-chilling Spook Alley, and tons of Halloween activities for the whole family. Costumes are encouraged, so dress to impress!

Legacy Preparatory Academy’s Uniform Policy was created to improve the classroom environment. LPA’s administration is committed to a consistent school-wide response and preserving student learning time. Each morning school staff will greet students and scan for dress code, acknowledging students in the dress code and write up students who are not. On the fourth offense, students will meet with the building Principal and call home to review uniform expectations. If you have additional questions regarding LPA’s uniform policy please speak to the building Principal.

As we continue to prioritize the safety of our students, staff, and families, we want to take a moment to review our school's updated carpool procedures. Due to recent incidents involving accidents in the parking lot, near misses with pedestrians, and the misuse of crosswalks, it is crucial that everyone take the time to review these procedures to ensure we are doing everything possible to keep our community safe.
