We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Winter Concerts, where our talented students will showcase their hard work and musical growth!
Details on the concert, including student attire expectations, drop-off times/locations, a performance schedule, and student pick-up times are included below. Please be sure to drop your student(s) off at the designated time to ensure they have enough time to rehearse before taking the stage. Elementary Students must be picked up by parents promptly following their performance.

Elementary Concert (Grades K-5):
Date: December 4th
Time: The concert begins at 5:30 PM
Attire: Holiday colors in your best attire or Monday uniforms.

Please do not drop your students off earlier than their designated call time, as we will have limited supervision. All students should be promptly picked up after their performances
Junior High Concert (Grades 6-9):
Date: December 11th
Time: Call time at 6:00 PM; Concert begins at 6:30 PM
Attire: Grade 6: Nice dress clothes (Holiday colors in your best attire or Monday Uniform dress).
Grades 7-9: All-black concert attire.
Schedule: Performance Call Times, Performance schedule. And Pick Up times are included below. The run of show is listed below. Call time and additional information on the concert will be sent by teachers in the coming weeks.

The Elementary Music Concerts are typically highly attended events, with standing room only for most performances. To ensure everyone has the opportunity to see their children during their performance times, please only enter the auditorium when your child is scheduled to perform. Doors will open 10 minutes prior to each scheduled performance. We will be live-streaming the concert in the Forum for everyone to see while you wait to enter the auditorium. Please feel free to share the livestream with your family and friends who are unable to join us!
Lastly, in lieu of selling concessions at the concert please consider a donation to our school’s Giving Tree. This cherished tradition brings warmth, joy, and a sense of togetherness to our community and allows us the opportunity to support students and their families in need this holiday season.
